This magnificent house with garden and private pool is located in the heart of San Jaime- Son Bou, its privileged location gives it excellent views of the sea from several of its rooms, it is located a short walk from the bar areas, restaurants, supermarkets and a 10-minute walk from the beach. It consists of a spacious and bright living-dining room with access to the terrace, a pleasant and functional fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable double bedrooms with a common bathroom and a pleasant master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. It has air conditioning in all its rooms, which makes it a very comfortable villa at any time of the year. Its large covered outdoor terrace with barbecue area, allows you to have an alternative dining room on sunny days and to also enjoy the peaceful and tranquil nights. Pool area with terrace, where you can relax swimming or sunbathe on one of the sun loungers that surround it, enjoying the exteriors of the villa. The house has parking and a garden area. The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days. The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the ‘Sustainable Tourism Tax’, to all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival. Pets are not allowed.

The Villas Zodiaco are 2 semi-detached villas. The Zodiaco Aries villa is located in the urb. from Son bou about 600 meters from the beach of the same name. It consists of 3 double bedrooms with a maximum capacity of up to 6 people. It has a spacious living-dining room with a window that gives access to the terrace with magnificent views of the sea and the sunset of Menorca. The main floor consists of a living room with ceiling fans, free WIFI for customers, Smart TV, bluetooth. Beautiful kitchen, well equipped, with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, electric and capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster and microwave, fridge with freezer. Next to the living room there is a bathroom with a bathtub and a hairdryer. On the lower floor there are 3 double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and two of them with 2 single beds each. All bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a bathroom with a shower with a hairdryer. The outdoor area consists of a private pool with a well-kept private garden and a built-in barbecue.
