Enjoy a family holiday in this cosy and comfortable accommodation in Santo Tomás, Menorca. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it is the perfect place for your family to relax and enjoy.
The property has a private pool where you can cool off during the warm summer days. It also has a garden with outdoor furniture and a terrace, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee maker, making meal preparation easy.
Other amenities include air conditioning in the bedrooms, a safe, iron and WiFi, so you can enjoy a comfortable and carefree stay.
The location is ideal, just 700 metres from the sandy beach of Santo Tomás and close to supermarkets, restaurants and attractions such as the Son Parc golf course and the Menorca Aquarock Water Park.
The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days.
The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the ‘Sustainable Tourism Tax’, to all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival.
Pets are not allowed.
