Description
Cozy villa for 4 people with two double bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Both share a bathroom with a shower with a hairdryer.
Beautiful pool with large terraces and solarium with sun loungers, built-in barbecue, awning and parasol.
Dining room for 4 people, with everything you need, TV with digital channels, free Wi-Fi.
The kitchen has everything you need: microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine and dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer, electric oven.
The villa is located in a quiet area of the Punta Prima urbanization, just 500 meters from the beach.
The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days.
The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the ‘Sustainable Tourism Tax’, to all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival.
Pets are not allowed.

House very clean and fully equiped. Very quiet place at 500 meters from the clear waters beach, bars and restaurants.

Wondeful stay. Beautiful house very clean and fully equiped. Very quiet place at 500 meters from the clear waters beach, minimarkets, bars and restaurants. Good surprise for children when discovering the ping-pong table. Pool at good temperature > 25 degrees at the end of this April week. Easy check in & out. Large Eroski supermarket open 7/7 until 9pm at 10 minutes driving. We would rejoice at coming back again :-)
