Description
Fantastic Menorcan country house with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Discover everything that Menorca can offer you. In addition to the beaches, Menorca has an enchanting landscape that combines the comforts of the 21st century and tradition. Please bear in mind, as the farm is located in the countryside, in the center of the island it is advisable to access it by private car, the most comfortable thing would be to rent a car.
Finca Rafal Fort is located 14km from Son Bou, the longest white sand beach in the Balearic Islands (2.5km). Therefore, it is not surprising that one of the best tourist areas of the island has developed along it. There you will find everything you need: restaurants, supermarkets, pubs, a diving center, water sports, horseback riding and much more to enjoy your holidays with family or friends.
The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days.
The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the ‘Sustainable Tourism Tax’, to all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival.
Pets are not allowed.
