This magnificent one storey house is located off the main central street in San Jaime Mediterráneo. The house has its own private swimming pool and gardens and given its location, it offers some breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and the Son Bou beach from several different locations around the house.) The layout has been designed in order to maximise comfort for our guests. There is air conditioning in the dining-living room. The house has a large covered and uncovered outdoor terrace, which can be used as an alternative dining area for enjoying lunch on a sunny day, or a beautiful dinner under the star filled skies at night, the perfect spot for some rest and relaxation. The swimming pool with terrace and gardens give our customers the option to get the most from the grounds of the house as well as the interior. The double room enjoys independent access onto the terrace from where the views are breathtaking. The spacious living-dining room with a fireplace make this room a very comfortable and relaxing space for all to enjoy and the large glass doors allow sunlight to enter all day. The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days. The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the ‘Sustainable Tourism Tax’, to all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival. Pets are not allowed.

Mediterranean style and located in one of the most exclusive streets of Torre Soli, Villa Romani invites you to enjoy fabulous views of Son Bou beach. The villa is made up of two floors and is accessed by ramp or stairs. On the first floor is the dining room equipped (TV with digital channels and free Wi-Fi, DVD) with air conditioning with direct access to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, capsule coffee maker and Italian or filter coffee maker and fridge with freezer. It has a separate toilet. There is also direct access to a beautiful and covered outdoor terrace with its corresponding built-in barbecue area, where you can enjoy magnificent views of the sea. On the ground floor are the three double rooms, the first room, a little larger and with access to the terrace with sea views, has a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and the other 2 with single beds both with air conditioning and access to the terrace and finally a separate bathroom with shower. Separate laundry room with washing machine. Where the pool is located (9x5), it is spacious and from it you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea, it is equipped with outdoor furniture.
